These plugs come highly recommended as they are identical to those which we use in our propagation of plants. Once watered the plugs hold enough moisture to start seedlings or cuttings, and only require a daily misting if kept in an enclosed propagator until the young plants are established. This new Grow Light Garden takes the frustration out of trying to grow flowering plants during the Winter and allows you grow flowering plants even if you don't have a suitable windowsill to keep plants on in the Summer. Another good use for this product is to grow early seedlings or salad leaves. The unit has two 24W fluorescent bulbs housed in the canopy, the canopy height is adjustable, giving a clearance of up to 40cm from the bottom of the base tray.
